Each item from Metzy & Co is custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds.

If an item arrives with an error, defect, or quality issue caused by Metzy & Co, we are happy to review the issue and provide a replacement when appropriate.

Please review all order details carefully before placing your order, including sizes, quantities, spelling, design selections, and any other customization details. Size charts are provided and should be reviewed before ordering, as we are not responsible for issues related to incorrect size selection.

To report an issue believed to be caused by Metzy & Co, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos for review.

To preserve the quality of your items, please follow all care instructions provided. Replacements will not be issued for damage caused by improper care or misuse.
